Wastewater Bills & Fees

Wastewater bills are billed on a yearly basis in May. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Town of Kennebunkport. Payments can be made online or by phone with a credit card, pinless debit card or electronic check. A convenience fee is charged for this service. Interest will be charged at 8% per annum on all payments made after the due date. 

The rate for 2024 is $654.87 per unit.

Below is a fee schedule of unit charges:

• Minimum: 1 Unit Charge
• Single Family Dwelling or Condominium Unit: 1 Unit Charge
• Multi-family Dwelling or Condominium Unit: 1 Unit Charge
• 20 School Students: 1 Unit Charge
• 2 Motel/Hotel Units (Double Occupancy): 1 Unit Charge
• 4 Motel/Hotel Units (Single Occupancy): 1 Unit Charge
• 10 Restaurant Seats: 1 Unit Charge
• 2 Tourist-House Rooms (Double Occupancy): 1 Unit Charge
• 4 Tourist-House Rooms (Single Occupancy): 1 Unit Charge
• 50 Yacht or Country Club Members: 1 Unit Charge
• 100 Church or Club Members: 1 Unit Charge
• 0-5 Commercial Employees: 1 Unit Charge
• 5-10 Commercial Employees: 1.5 Unit Charge
• 0-10 Industry Employees: 1.5 Unit Charge
• 1 Gas Station: 3 Units Charge
• 2 Laundromat Machines: 1 Unit Charge
• 3 Campground (sewer hookups): 1 Unit Charge
• Septic Waste: $.10 per Gallon

VIEWING AND PRINTING TAX BILLS

Sewer bills are now available for viewing and printing from the PDF files found below.  These files contain sewer bills for all of the properties in Kennebunkport.   Because the documents are so large, we advise that you follow the directions below to locate and print your bill:

• Select the PDF link for the record you would like to view or print.
• Scroll to find the record you are seeking.
• Once you have located the page you would like to print, right click on that page, and then select the Print option.  Under Pages to Print, select CURRENT PAGE.  Each PDF file contains hundreds of pages that will print if you do not make this selection.
